First Semester Reflection

I’ve learned a lot about Language Arts, such as, Reading Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Technology. I’ve had a hard time remembering Awubis and Smiley Face Tricks. I’ve learned to write essays and stories to perfection. I’ve also learned about our computers and how certain programs work. I already knew how to talk so grammar didn’t really help me. I’ve learned a lot new words with our word games and vocabulary.

7th grade was a big change for me from 6th grade. English isn’t really my favorite class, no offence Mrs. Moege. It’s easy for me to go into a new class since I’m not shy. I’ve also have had a problem with waiting till the last minute to get all homework done. I love writing fictional stories, so the ten half pages were a lot of fun to write. The best part about English is when you read. I like watching you to see your expressions.

I will improve a lot to be successful for second semester. I’m going to work on working on my homework the night before it’s due. I’m also going to try to participate more in the class activities, etc. Even though I’m organized enough so that I can find papers I will throw away old papers not being used. Another thing is reading, I don’t really read a lot, if I do I do because I have to get 250 pages. If I read a book it has to be an action mystery, with some type of sport in it. I’ll make sure to make changes this new semester.
